Butcher's Cut Premium Chardonnay

The Butcher's Cut series features a flamboyant Malbec and a fresh Chardonnay from Argentina's wine capital Mendoza. Butcher's Cut is a perfect representative of Argentina's flagship Malbec and of the fruity Chardonnay grape.

The grapes for Butcher's Cut Premium are harvested from fields in Mendoza, where the climate is particularly favorable for viticulture. The difference between night and day temperature gives grapes with a nice fruit character and freshness. After harvest, the grapes are brought to the winery, where they are vinified according to traditional methods.

The wine appears straw yellow in the glass with aromas of tropical fruits, pineapple, asparagus and vanilla. The scent is fresh and crisp with an intense fruit acid and good balance. Butcher's Cut Premium Chardonnay is a perfect accompaniment to salads, dishes with light meat, fish or as an aperitif.
