Winemaking:
A wine that reflects the purity of the Alvarinho grape variety and its potential for aging in barrels. Fruit of meticulous vinification, to extract the aromatic genuineness of the grapes, harvested manually in high altitude plots in the heart of Monção.

Citrus yellow colour. Gracious aroma that combines the tropical fruit notes with some spicy and exotic nuances, giving it extraordinary elegance and power. Wooden palate very present, but without marking the fruit, giving a lot of complexity to the wine. The finish is unctuous, long and with perfect acidity that enhances the minerality of the terroir. Serve between 10 ° and 12 ° C. Food Pairing: oven dishes, pasta and intense foods, especially fish. Also good with soft and intense cheeses.
