Celebrating the work of two highly regarded figures in bottling and blending in Belfast in the 1800s, Kirker and Greer, the Kirker and Greer Shamrock Irish whiskey is triple distilled, marrying both grain and malt whiskeys in first-fill bourbon casks.
Nose: Toffee apples, buttery croissants, brown sugar, marmalade and white flowers.
Flavour: Caramel milk chocolate, honeyed apples, white peppers and creamy vanilla.
