About this product

A Festive German Gingerbread Twist on Irish Cream.
Christmas has its own unmistakable flavours, and few are as comforting as freshly baked gingerbread, warming spices and rich chocolate. Baileys Lebkuchen brings those festive favourites together with the creamy indulgence of Baileys, creating a limited-edition liqueur inspired by traditional German Lebkuchen biscuits.

This seasonal expression combines Baileys' familiar creamy sweetness with chocolate and warming notes of cinnamon, clove and nutmeg, rounded off with the flavour of roasted almonds. The result is rich, sweet and gently spiced, bringing to mind a Christmas market filled with freshly baked treats and the comforting aromas of winter baking.

Created in collaboration with German gingerbread maker Wicklein, a producer with a long heritage in Lebkuchen, this is a particularly fitting addition to the festive season. It's made for cosy evenings, after-dinner indulgence and anyone who enjoys discovering something different from the usual Baileys Original.

For shoppers in Ireland looking for an unusual seasonal bottle, Baileys Lebkuchen offers something a little different: the familiar cream liqueur experience with a distinctly European Christmas character.

Why we love it:
Chocolate, roasted almond and warming Christmas spices give this Baileys a lovely winter personality, balancing creamy sweetness with the familiar flavour of festive gingerbread. It's an appealing choice for seasonal entertaining, gifting or simply adding a little Christmas indulgence to coffee and desserts.

For dessert, try it over vanilla ice cream, alongside chocolate cake or drizzled over a warm brownie. It also makes a lovely after-dinner treat when served in a small chilled glass.

First created in Ireland in 1974, Baileys became famous for bringing Irish whiskey and dairy cream together in a smooth, indulgent liqueur. The brand has since expanded into a wide range of flavour-led expressions inspired by desserts and seasonal treats. For Lebkuchen, Baileys partnered with Wicklein, a traditional German gingerbread maker, taking inspiration from one of Germany's best-loved festive biscuits to create a limited-edition flavour for the autumn and winter season.
