Heaven's Door Straight Bourbon

The Heaven's Door range of whiskey have been created by Bob Dylan and Marc Bushala (founder of Angel's Envy Bourbon), made in a church in Tennessee. This expression is made with a mash bill featuring 30% "small grains", and the spirit is allowed to age for at least 8 years in American oak barrels. The bottle features a design from Dylan's own wrought ironwork, and the name is of course a reference to his song 'Knockin' on Heaven's Door'.

Nose Cedar, summer berries, cacao and toasted grains.

Palate Festive spices, vanilla pod, buttered corn and rye warmth.

Finish More authentic vanilla notes, paired with peanut brittle and nutmeg.
