About this product

Rich. Herbaceous. Piedmontese perfection.
Bordiga Vermouth Rosso is an authentic expression of classic Vermouth di Torino—crafted below Turin in Piedmont using both Nebbiolo red and Moscato, Cortese & Trebbiano white wines, then blended with over 30 Alpine and exotic botanicals.

The botanicals—wormwood, dittany, elderflower, cinchona bark, saffron, orange peel, gentian acaule flowers, cardamom, yarrow, and others—are individually macerated before blending to preserve clarity and depth.

This vermouth rests for 40–50 days, followed by refrigeration and natural filtration, then bottles and matures for another 15–20 days to harmonise its complex flavour profile.

Why we love it:
This is Vermouth di Torino pitched perfectly—rich and velvety yet herbal and precise. With alpine freshness from Nebbiolo wine and balanced infusion, it elevates classic cocktails (notably Negroni) with elegance, depth, and purity.

Since 1888, Bordiga has operated in the foothills of Cuneo, using wild-foraged botanicals and historic copper stills. Their vermouth production reflects a careful approach—macerating each botanical individually, using natural filtration, and resting bottles for seamless integration.
