Sardinian wine made with local grape Monica. Deep ruby red in colour.  Intense bouquet with hints of cherry. red fruits and elegant spicy notes.  Dry and warm, well structured and pleasantly soft and delicate on the palate.

Good with vegetable soups and white meats.
