Built around rich rum and zesty ginger, this 10% ABV cocktail has a darker and more warming personality than many fruit-led ready-to-drink cocktails in the Coppa range. The ginger brings a fresh, slightly fiery edge, while the rum provides sweetness and depth underneath.
It is also wonderfully easy to serve. Keep the bottle chilled, pour over ice and add a wedge of lime. Whether you're putting drinks together for friends in Ireland, enjoying a summer afternoon or simply want a cocktail without the cocktail-making, Coppa does the hard work for you.

Pour it straight from the fridge over plenty of ice and finish with a wedge of lime. The citrus cuts through the richness of the rum while complementing the spicy ginger beautifully.
For a longer, fizzier serve, top with a little ginger beer for extra spice and refreshment. It's equally at home as an aperitif, an afternoon drink or something to bring out when friends arrive.

Coppa Rum & Ginger
- 100ml Coppa Rum & Ginger
- Plenty of ice
- 1 lime wedge
- Optional: 50ml ginger beer
Fill a short glass with ice and pour over the Coppa. Add a squeeze of lime and garnish with the wedge.
For a longer drink, top with ginger beer and give it a gentle stir.

Coppa Cocktails was originally developed in 2008 in collaboration with Dutch national champion bartender Richard Zijlstra, with the aim of bringing professionally crafted cocktails into an easy ready-to-serve format. The recipes have been developed with experienced bartenders and the range focuses on recognisable cocktails that can be enjoyed consistently without specialist equipment or bartending skills. Rum & Ginger is one of the more distinctive expressions in the range, combining the familiar richness of rum with the fresh, spicy character of ginger.
