Ribote (Bruno Porro) is a small, family-owned winery from Barolo region of Italy implementing manual harvesting and organic practices. This organic dogliani is of dark ruby red colour. The brandied cherry aroma is intense and persistent. Strong earthy notes on the palate with hints of black fruits and spices.
 
Serving temperature 15 - 20°C. Pair it with beef, game, pasta or lamb shank.
