Ribote (Bruno Porro) is a small, family-owned winery from Barolo region of Italy implementing manual harvesting and organic practices. This superb organic Barolo wine is aged in medium toasted oak barrels for 30 months. It gives the wine rich garnet red colour with light orange reflections. Hints of violets and plums in the aroma. Warm and balanced tannic flavour of raspberries, raisins and aniseeds.
 
Serving temperature 15 - 20°C. Enjoy it with beef, truffle risotto, pasta, lamb or game. Please decant or aerate for better experience.
