Luminous ruby ​​red coloured blend of 85% Sangiovese and 15% Syrah. Pleasant bouquet with fruity aromas of amarena cherries and currants, plus notes of fresh berry jam, cinnamon, vanilla and spices. Soft on the palate, balanced by the well-integrated acidity, pleasant residual sweetness, very easy to drink; long-lasting in the fruity finish. Manufactured using the Governo process typical of the region, ie 10% of the grapes are air-dried, mostly pressed, fermented and added to the must in November. Recommended with red meat, it is traditionally very popular with pici (thick spaghetti) with meat sauce. Serve at room temperature.
