Brò is a white wine from sustainable cultivation that is hard to beat for freshness, elegance and pleasure. The grapes come from the clay and limestone soils near Fiumana di Predappio. Light straw yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose, some citrus mixed with herbal elements. On the palate it is complex, juicy and with its freshness and lightness very drinkable. Excellent with antipasti, salads, grilled/fried fish, poached fish, vegetable meals, caviar, seafood/shellfish, asparagus.
