Made from 100% Montepulciano grapes macerated for only 4-6 hours with skins, Cerasuolo Gianni Masciarelli is characterised by a bright cherry red colour and intense fragrances. Energetic and fruity with essence of strawberry, pink guava and tulips, in the mouth it is full and round, but with a nice acidity that runs through the palate. Its pairings include brodetto and fried fish dishes, fresh pasta and seasonal vegetables. Serving temperature: 8 - 10°C.
