The Merlot by Colle Duga is a red wine with fine scents of small red fruits with spicy and floral accents. The aging of 12 months in barrique adds toasted and noble wood sensations. On the palate shows a good intensity and structure, driven by an energetic freshness and an intense tannin.
 
Notes of cherry, violet, black pepper and sensations of underbrush. Pair it with ham and salami, pasta bolognese, red meat stew, roasted and grilled meat and mushroom risotto.
