From the Lake Garda region.

 

The vineyards of Casa Lupo are located 450 meters above sea level. The soil is characterised by limestone and fossil formations. The grapes are harvested by hand only at the end of September to allow the fruit to ripen as long as possible.

Casa Lupo Lugana DOC matures for 1 to 3 years in oak barrels.

Pale straw yellow in the glass. On the nose notes of lychee, white peach, mandarin and kaffir leaves. In the mouth these aromas are found again. Long lasting on the finish.

Grape varieties: Trebbiano.
Residual sugar: 6 g/l.
Acidity: 5,8 g/l.
Drinking temperature: 10 - 12°C.

The white wine goes very well with fish, stews, vegetables or quiche.
