An impressive Irish single malt whiskey from Bushmills, this bottling forms part of the ‘Causeway Collection’.
 
This single vintage, 2008 dram has been initially matured in a combination Oloroso and Bourbon casks, before a finish in casks made with oak from the French forest of Jupille. The whiskey was bottled in 2021.
 
The end result is a whiskey that offers notes of forest floor (floral and earthy), orchard fruits, chopped herbs, oranges, vanilla, plums, cherries, grapes, cinnamon, melon, cloves, toffee malt and dark oak.
 
Bottled at a cask strength of 55.1% ABV, this is a full bodied, fully flavoured Irish single malt.
