This Irish whiskey is named after the mountain near Sligo, which was the reputed birthplace of King Cormac, the first great High King of Ireland. It was matured in ex-bourbon casks for 10 years and a further four years in Tokaji sweet wines casks. Familiar aromas of green orchard fruit shortbread and butterscotch are joined by tobacco leaves and medjool dates on the nose.
