Delivery Policy

We offer nationwide delivery in the Republic of Ireland at a flat fee of €7. Orders of €99 and more will be delivered for free. Estimated shipping time is approximately 5 business days after the order was shipped. Delivery time will depend on the shipping company. We also offer free local delivery in Co. Dublin with estimated delivery time of 3 working days. It applies to all orders over €50, otherwise, a flat fee of €7 applies. To eliminate the waste your parcel will be packed in the original packaging or the packaging materials from other products.

Please allow extra delivery time during holiday season.

Keep in mind, the courier will be obliged to ask for a photo ID as a proof of age.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY UPDATE

For deliveries outside of the Republic of Ireland, please enquire via the email info@vpmerchants.com. We assess the possible costs and timeframes associated with your order.

There is always an element of risk in sending alcohol overseas. Therefore we must warn our customers that there may be possibilities of customs charges or seizures when sending goods to certain countries outside the EU. In the event of such charges or seizures, Giraudo Ltd will not be responsible for the payment of these extra customs charges and we will not be able to offer any kind of compensation or refund.

A minimum order quantity is 6 bottles for wines, liqueurs and spirits; for beers the minimum order is 1 case. It can be mixed, though, please make sure you have 6 items in total in your cart. If you are purchasing an entire case (6 bottles) of the same wine or spirit, the minimum order quantity is automatically fulfilled. Premixed wine/spirits boxes, wine gifts, and chocolates are exempt from the minimum order quantity requirement. Some products are sold individually due to the nature of such products, the product description page will indicate if it can be purchased as a single item. Beer is sold in cases and delivered only in Co. Dublin. Please contact us via email if you are located outside of Dublin.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Any products which have not been opened and remain in saleable condition on return can be refunded no questions asked. Just email us so we can sort it out.
